This privacy policy applies to the airClimb - Play & Climb Online app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Air Games, Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it to provide and improve the service. This information may include:

Automatically Collected Information:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• Details about your interaction with the Application, such as the features you use, climbing problems attempted or completed, weekly records achieved, the pages visited, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages or features ("Usage Data" or "Product Interaction").
• The operating system you use on your mobile device.

• Contact Info:
  • Name (specifically, the display name you choose during registration).
  • Email Address (used primarily for authentication and account management).
• User Content:
  • Photos (if you choose to upload one for your user avatar).
  • Gameplay Content (data related to your climbing progress, problem completion history, performance records, etc., generated through your use of the Application).
  • Information provided during Customer Support interactions (if you contact us for help).
• Body Pose and Movement Information:
  • To enable core gameplay features, the Application uses technology (potentially leveraging your device's camera or sensors) for body pose detection. This allows us to track your climbing movements within the game. We collect information related to your detected body pose and movement during gameplay for this purpose.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, financial information, or health and fitness information beyond that directly related to your in-app climbing activity.

The Service Provider uses the collected information to:

• Operate and maintain the Application (e.g., authentication, saving progress, storing avatars).
• Provide core features like climbing movement tracking.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Application and user experience.
• Communicate with you, including providing important information, required notices, and potentially marketing promotions (you may opt-out of marketing communications).
• Provide customer support.

For a better experience, while using the Application, we require certain personally identifiable information as listed above. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

The Application utilizes third-party services to support its functionality and help us improve the service. These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies.

Key third-party services include:

• Firebase Authentication: For handling user sign-up and login.
• Firebase Firestore: A database service used to store user data, such as profile information and gameplay progress.
• Firebase Storage: Used to store user-uploaded content like avatar photos.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: To collect aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how the Application is used.
• Firebase Crashlytics: To report crashes and errors, helping us stabilize the Application.

These third-party service providers only access your information as necessary to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Firebase services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external analytical services (like Google Analytics for Firebase) to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided, Generated, and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers (like Google Firebase) who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to rules consistent with this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also manage certain data permissions (like camera access) through your device's settings.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (like Name, Email, Photos), User Generated data (like Gameplay Content), and Automatically Collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter as necessary for backup, archival, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at hello@airgames.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some data, particularly anonymized usage data or data required for legal reasons, may be retained longer.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (hello@airgames.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, especially considering the types of data collected, including gameplay and body pose-related information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. Access to this information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and modifying the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By downloading, installing, and using the Application, you are consenting to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
